Amanda Gresiak was our property manager during our stay in downtown San Diego. From the signing of contracts to the move-out process, all aspects of the lease were seamless and convenient. We particularly appreciated Amanda taking care of an emergency occurring while we were away on our honeymoon. While we were in Las Vegas, there was a major flood in the condo next door, causing water damage to our carpet and walls. She handled the damage mitigation, HOA correspondence, and clean-up logistics, for which we are forever grateful. We highly recommend Amanda and would do business with her again if given the opportunity.

I live out of state and have had AMG props take care of my property since 2012. They have done a phenomenal job of handling any issues related to the property and tenants. They contact you immediately of any issues that need to be resolved and give a quote as to how much the repair is and are willing to get multiple quotes if asked. I feel like they are pretty well connected in the community that there prices are competitive. Another great point about AMG props is in the last 7 years my property has never sat vacant for more than 2 months. They are on top of of vacating tenants and immediately get the property reading for the next clients.

We have been very impressed with the customer service of AMG Props since we began renting here at the beginning of January. When we first moved in, we had some issues with internet, cable and heat and when we notified them about this, Kevin was sent over on a weekend day (his day off). He fixed everything we needed done as well as some extra tasks that he saw needed attending to. I believe they value customer service for their renters and we appreciate that very much. We feel they are a good company, especially when it comes to maintenance issues or concerns. We especially appreciated our contacts with Amanda and Cody, who we dealt with most often.
