If your maintenance request is an emergency (immediate threat to property) then please call (619) 940-4638 and identify you have an immediate emergency. All calls will be returned in 15 minutes or less if they are a true emergency.
Examples of non-emergency calls include: Broken garbage disposal, garage door remote not working, running toilet, inoperable toilet when there is more than one in the home. While these are important maintenance requests, they would not be considered emergency maintenance concerns and should wait until normal business hours to be addressed.
